How Do You Become a Corporate or Individual Lifetime Sponsor?

A corporation, business or an individual becomes a Lifetime Sponsor of the CPO Foundation by donating $5,000. This donation usually is made in its entirely at one time; however, it can be made in increments if so desired by the entity desiring to be a Lifetime Sponsor. Corporations or individuals who recognize the importance of the Corrections industry, who value and respect the contribution of Corrections practitioners to the field of law enforcement, and who wish to support Correctional Officers and their families in times of need are invited to consider becoming Lifetime Sponsors of the CPO Foundation.

Each Lifetime Corporate Sponsor receives a special Plaque from the CPO Foundation for display at the corporation's headquarters. (Individual Lifetime Sponsors also receive a Plaque.)

How Does Your Correctional Institution, Prison or Jail Become a Lifetime Facility Sponsor?

A Correctional Institution becomes a Lifetime Facility Sponsor of the CPO Foundation by donating $5,000. This donation usually is made in its entirely at one time; however, it can be made in increments if so desired by the institution desiring to be a Lifetime Facility Sponsor.

Each Lifetime Facility Sponsor receives a Gold Jacket and a special Plaque from the CPO Foundation for display at the institution.

Note: A Lifetime Facility Sponsorship does not equal or replace Supporting Membership in the CPO Foundation by an individual Correctional Officer or Corrections Professional.

• Tournament Sponsor: $10,000. Two foursomes, banquet seating for 16, Special Registration area banner, your company name and logo on back of golf shirts, hole sign, up to a two page company profile in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue, full-page ad in the Golf Program.
• Diamond Sponsor: $5,000. Two foursomes, banquet seating for 16, Special Registration area banner, hole sign, up to a one page company profile in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue, full-page ad in the Golf Program.
• Platinum Sponsor: $2,500. One foursome, banquet seating for eight, hole sign, up to a one-half page company profile in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue, full-page ad in the Golf Program.
• Gold Sponsor: $1,000. Two golfers, banquet seating for four, hole sign, up to a one-quarter page company profile in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue and half-page ad in the Golf Program.
• Silver Sponsor: $500. One golfer, banquet seating for two, hole sign, recognition in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue, quarter page ad in the Golf Program.
• Hole Sponsor: $250. Hole sign, recognition in the CPO Family Magazine, 2nd Quarter Issue, and special recognition in the Golf Program.
