Correctional Officer Timothy "Todd" Williams Calhoun County Alabama Sheriff's Department, Alabama Correctional Officer Williams was killed in an automobile accident transporting an inmate when there patrol car spun out of control and hit a wall. Officer Williams Mother is very active with CPO Foundation.
