Correctional Officer John Quinn Delaware Correctional Center, Delaware Correctional Officer John Quinn Died on 4/30/04 from a serious vehicular accident. After a scuffle with an inmate he initially felt ok and later was enroute to the hospital to seek treatment when the accident occurred. He is survived by his wife anita Quinn and his mother Jackie Degen.
