Deputy Jerry Ford Georgia Department of Corrections, Georgia Deputy Ford was killed in in an automobile accident on May 22, 2003. He and Deputy Steven Hackle were returning from a work detail to which they had been assigned with the Georgia Department of Corrections. He is survived by his wife.
