Senior Probation Officer Lee "Chuck" Dunn Florida Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Services, Florida Florida Department of Corrections Senior Probation Officer Lee "Chuck" Dunn of Probation and Parole Services was involved in a fatal automobile accident on January 24, 2000 while conducting field supervision of offenders in his case load. Officer Dunn's car swerved into a tractor trailer rig. He had been employed with the Florida Department of Corrections since 1988, first hired as a Correctional Officer. He became a Probation Officer in 1989.
