Community Involvement Director Jerome Brewer- August 1, 2007 Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility – Indiana Department of Corrections. After participating in a planned basketball game with the wards and a teacher, Mr. Brewer collapsed on the floor. Help was called and Mr. Brewer was taken to a local hospital where he died from a massive heart attack. Mr. Brewer is survived by his wife Adrain and three son’s 12-year old Jarrett, 9-year old Joshua and 5-year old Jayden. The Brewer family also had adopted their 14-year old nephew Justin Garrett.
