Senior Corrections Officer Wayne Clark – January 10, 2006 - New Jersey Department of Corrections -Riverfront State Prison. Officer Wayne Clark was killed in an automobile accident while returning to Riverfront State Prison in Camden from the Department of Corrections headquarters in Trenton, when his marked department vehicle collided with the back of a truck that had stopped in the roadway. He died from blunt chest trauma with external laceration to the heart. Officer Clark had served with the Department of Corrections for 23 years. He is survived by his Fiancée Connie Billick, his adult daughters Joanne Hanna, Kathleen Cook, Adult sons Robert and Shawn and his sisters Joan Haines and Patricia Caldwell.
