Correctional Officer Constance Schultz of the Ellsworth Correctional Center, Division of Community Services, Wisconsin Department of Corrections in Union Grove, Wisconsin died from a heart attack on December 30, 1998 after transporting inmates and processing them at the Racine Correctional Institution. Officer Schultz was 35 years old and is survived by parents Robert and Evelyn Schultz, brothers Patrick and Michael, and their families.
