Correctional Officer Louis Perrine Powder River Correctional Facility, Oregon Oregon Department of Corrections Correctional Officer Louis Perrine was killed on November 17, 1994 in a tractor accident while supervising a work crew from Powder River Correctional Facility, a minimum security prison. Officer Perrine was 49 at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife Suzie and three children, Steven, Audra and Anthony.
