Case Manager Bonita Hayes Lima Correction Institution, Ohio Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Correctional Case Manager Bonita Haynes was murdered on August 6, 1996 at Lima Correctional Institution, a medium security facility. Case Manager Haynes, 29, was assaulted in her office and killed. Her brother, Brian Haynes, Ph.D., and mother Sarah attended Project 2000 VIII in 1997 in Washington, D.C., at which Memorial Service Bonita was honored. In 1999, Sarah Haynes became a Volunteer in Ohio for the CPO Foundation.
