Group Supervisor Arnold Garcia Los Angeles County Probation Department, California Los Angeles, California County Probation Department Group Supervisor Arnold Garcia was bludgeoned to death on April 4, 1994 by two juveniles during an escape attempt. Group Supervisor Garcia was 58 and had served his Department for 17 years. He is survived by his wife and four children.
