Correctional Officer II Eddie Davis Jack T. Rutledge State Prison, Georgia Georgia Department of Corrections Correctional Officer II Eddie M. Davis had 20 years of military service, during which he received numerous awards and decorations. Officer Davis had been in Corrections for three years, and also served as a member of the Tactical Squad. Officer Davis is survived by his wife, Myrtle; son, Kevin; and three daughters, Laurie, Marissa and Shauna.
