Youth Counselor Ineasie Baker Heman G. Stark Training School, California California Department of Corrections Department of the Youth Authority Youth Counselor Ineasie Baker was murdered at the Heman G. Stark Training School in Southern California on August 9, 1996. Her body was later found in a county landfill after an exhaustive search lasting for several days. Youth Counselor Baker was 42 at the time of her death. She was a graduate of California State University Fullerton and an employee of the California Youth Authority for 13 years. Youth Counselor Baker is survived by her husband Don, a California Correctional Officer; daughter Tiffany; grandson Domonick; mother Mary Maxie and adult sister Freddie Maxie. Tiffany Baker is now a Correctional Officer with the California DOC
